Her philosophy to always grow and learn every detail of her speciality has been Leah’s greatest strength 9 years as a practitioner. Her professional expertise focuses on precise technique for natural outcomes. Her approach of combining facial mapping with conservative dosing options and a strong emphasis on safety and symmetry has refined the art of using botulism to soften lines while keeping you stay expressive while looking refreshed and balanced.

With over four decades of nursing experience and medical office leadership, Martha ensures that both patient care and day-to-day operations are handled with professionalism and a smile. She works hand-in-hand with both Skin Smart and Refined BeauTox practices creating a smooth, comfortable, and well-coordinated experience - from scheduling to check-out - for each patient. She contributes greatly to the welcoming environment our clients enjoy.

Skin Smart was established in 2000 by Tessie Weber with a vision of providing thoughtful, result-driven skincare to the Lafayette and Carencro communities. She built her business on education, integrity, and long-term results and has created lasting relationships with the clients she serves.
Cathy has been supporting her sister from behind the scenes since the day Skin Smart opened. She helped guide its financial operations creating stability and growth throughout the years.
After retiring from her nursing career, Martha joined her two sisters to help support the growing practice. Her management skills have ensured that despite the growing volume in patients, each visit feels seamless and welcoming from scheduling to check-out.
Martha’s daughter Leah, Tessie & Cathy’s niece, joined the party in 2019. As an independent botulism injector she created Refined BeauTox Aesthetics to complement the strong foundation already in place at Skin Smart.
